Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Strong internal relationships.
  • Conduct regular detailed inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals. Ensure all areas of the Units are functioning (e.g. cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, outdoor cleanliness and conditions, elevator cleanliness and functionality)
  • Handle guest’s special requests and customer complaints.
  • Provide strong service presence to find and assist customers.
  • Conduct financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
  • Ready for job growth into adjacent areas like tourist business.
  • Able to deal with a dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Excellent reporting, presenting, and English communication skills
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles is a plus
  • Lease and contract management knowledge and experience and understanding is a plus.
  • Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Knows how to drive motorcycle; Car driving a plus.
  • Can travel anywhere if there is another Unit to be inspect.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable learning on the job.
  • Highschool Graduate; College level is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 depending on experience.
  • Annual Bonus: 10%
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, life and vision insurance.
